We love an adventure! We are located in Kirkland Lake and the first 35km of travel is included with every reservation. An additional charge of $1.00/km will be applied to reservations for any distance over and above the 35 km.

We wish we could, but the sale of alcohol from a mobile vehicle is prohibited as per the Ontario liquor laws. In order to serve alcohol at your event, you as the host are responsible for obtaining the appropriate Special Occasions Permit, as well as ordering and purchasing the alcohol of your choice for your event.

Not sure how much alcohol you will need? We will gladly assist you by providing an estimate based on the custom menu you’ve chosen for your event, the number of guests attending, and an estimated consumption.

A Special Occasions Permit (SOP) allows for the sale and service of alcohol on special occasions, including both public and private events. Learn more here.

A SOP is required to serve alcohol anywhere other than in a licensed establishment or at a private residence. Click here to begin the application process for your SOP.

We require a flat and level surface on solid ground so the trailer is well supported throughout your event - this applies to both our rentals and full service packages. Once the trailer is comfortably in place, a standard 110v plug with a dedicated 15 amp circuit is needed to operate all the snazzy features of our mobile bar. Please keep in mind that if extra service packages are added for your event, an additional power supply may be required.

Absolutely! We know how important it is to add your personal touch to your event, so we are happy to accommodate any decor, like: flowers, balloons, signage, and more. Please let us know of your intentions so that we can ensure we have the proper tools to fasten your decor without risking any damage to our trailer!

Fill out our contact form here and describe your vibe and how you are envisioning your event. Once the details have been confirmed, a signed contract and a 50% retainer will reserve your date in the Sipsters’ event calendar. The remaining balance will be due no later than 14 days prior to your event date. If your event is short notice (less than 30 days before event date), the full payment outlined in the contract will be due upfront.

Our trailer requires a space that is 12 feet long, 6 feet wide, and 8 feet high to sit comfortably to serve you.

The champagne wall is 8 feet tall and 4 ¼ wide - large enough to make the statement you’re looking for, but small enough to be set up just about anywhere!
